Woodpeckers are fascinating creatures. We are fortunate to have seven different species of woodpecker right here in Northwest Ohio. A loop around the Silver Trail at Oak Openings should offer some solid opportunities. Though it may be difficult, we’ll try for the clean sweep of all seven regularly occurring woodpeckers.
