Join Jerry Jankowski and Elliot Tramer to see Oak Openings spring wildflowers, many of them on Ohio’s threatened or endangered species lists. We’ll also have an eye out for Red-headed Woodpeckers and other Oak Openings specialty birds. Meet on South Girdham Road (off of State Route 64). June 06/03/2026 Wednesday 6:30 – 8:30 pm Grassland Birds at Cannonball Prairie. Join Todd Haggard for a hike through the varying habitats of Cannonball Prairie. Target birds will be grassland birds and more infrequent sparrow species could be found. Please wear appropriate footwear, as parts of the trail are muddy and also bring insect repellent. Meet at the parking lot at 9725 Monclova Rd, Monclova, OH 43542.
