Speaker:
Dr. Shauna Weyrauch is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Evolution, Ecology & Organismal Biology at The Ohio State University at Newark. She leads a long-term trail camera study of Bobcats in eastern Ohio (“Project Wild Coshocton”) and enjoys sharing her passion for wildlife conservation.  In her talk entitled “Bobcats are Back!”, she will be updating us on the movements of bobcats in eastern Ohio and will be showing some of her trail cam videos of these secretive animals.  Dr. Weyrauch has also written an enchanting children’s book titled The Boy and the Bobcat…a perfect Holiday gift for a youngster in your life!  She will have copies available for $20 at the Banquet.

Details: The Banquet will commence at 5:30 p.m. with socializing and dinner to follow at 6:00 p.m. Please bring your favorite drink (no cash bar). After dinner there will be a short business meeting, Naturalist of the Year presentation, and Speaker program. The Silent Auction  and 50/50 Raffle will close at 9:00 p.m.
