Join Division of Natural Areas and Preserves preserve manager, Maureen Bogdanski, on a guided boardwalk tour of a state nature preserve for a chance to see lingering winter birds like the Short-eared Owl and the early return of the American Woodcock. Cross your fingers for a snow-covered landscape to reveal wildlife tracks and signs and a clear sky for a moonlit trek under the Snow Moon. Easy-moderate hike – snow and ice can make the boardwalk slippery. No restrooms on site.
