									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There&#8217;s a flock of about 1,000 Tundra Swans in the field to the SW of the Huffman Rd. and Defiance Pike intersection with more birds arriving as we were there and still more flying in as we headed north on Huffman.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Ross&#8217;s Goose was still present at the Bowling Green University golf course pond as of yesterday, 4/18/20.  It has been easily seen the last 2 days from the south end of the pond (NE corner of the football stadium) where parking is available </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A few hours along the lakeshore this afternoon turned up 9 species of ducks, both yellowlegs, Dunlin, 17 American White Pelicans (flying over Metzger Marsh, seen from the Ottawa NWR drive), Sandhill Crane, Common Tern, Bonaparte&#8217;s Gull, Snowy Egret and other expected species.  All birding was done from within our vehicle.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There was a large flock of American White Pelicans along the Ottawa Wildlife Drive Sunday.  Jeff counted 87 but there could have been more.  They were crowded close together making it hard to count them.  Someone else reported 50 at Howard Marsh earlier in the day.  While we were at Ottawa a dozen or so flew off to the east.  </p>

<p>Jeff found a field with Dickcissels NE of Bowling Green along Chamberlain Rd. which we re-checked July 5.  There were around a dozen singing Dickcissels, and those were just the ones that were close enough to the road to be heard.  It was a fallow field with tall weeds.
