									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While looking for the Wood County Snowy owl this morning, Dec 6, I was shocked to see a PRAIRIE FALCON!  I watched the bird for 5-10 minutes as it flew around, interacted with a harrier, and perched on the ground.  Jack Leow was also there to see it.
