6/6/22 Pearson: 53 species. A fem. Ovenb. was at the bike tr. near the sled. mound — late migr. or nest. attempt? Ovenb.’s were regular breeders here 50+ years ago but have only been sporadic here in sum. since. A sing. Ch.-side. was at P.n. They are occasional here in sum. For decades now the only every sum. warb.’s have been C. Yellowthr. and Yellow.

The 2nd latest Swain. Thr. I’ve seen was along the s. curve of the Wood Thr. trail (latest was at Pearson 6/8/94). There was a total of 6 Y.-b. Fly.’s (P.n.) and the 2 Pil. Wood.’s were near the Black Sw. trail. For the 1st time in 33 yaers I couldn’t find a B.-c. Chick.

At P.n. a King Rail was calling in the marsh just w. of the tower and a Least Bit. was calling in the marsh e. of the tower.
