The following were found the morn of June 26th at Pearson. A DICK was sing. atop a weed stalk in the field betw. the Lallendorf Rd. park.
lot and the tower. A BWWA was sing. in the brush betw. the Mac. Lodge pond and lot 2 near the bike trail. This was the 2nd sum. occurrence
for this sp. here. One was sing. June 23rd 09. There were 2 sing. SCTAs. One was at the wood’s edge near the PHC and the other was just n.e.
of the main pond near lot 3. On a non-avian note, a Gray Hairstreak and a Silvery Checkerspot landed, making numbers 37 and 38 respectively
    for Pearson’s butterfly list.
